A structure to define the multi-dimensional attributes of human-to-brand encounters.

At every encounter a human performs with a brand, there are elements that define the encounter.  In this paper, we discuss the Engagement Layer as an information structure that combines multiple encounters.   The Encounter Anatomy is a baseline definition of the logical structure of an individual encounter.   Given that each encounter has a unique context, we define this context in a concentric structure.
